With over 30 years of high-level experience

Doryne has held numerous executive and strategic management positions in medium and large companies such as Desjardins, Bell and ACCEO Solution. She has successfully led major acquisition and organizational transformation projects.


A director duly certified IAS.A by the Institute of Corporate Directors, she is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caisse Desjardins des Technologies de l'information, and sits on the Board of Directors and Investment Committee of Desjardins Sécurité financière, Desjardins Group's life insurance and wealth management subsidiary. She is also a member of the Board and Governance Committee of the Fondation Dr. Julien, where she is involved in the international deployment of the unique Community Social Pediatrics model.

In 2018, Doryne founded Hathor Conseils Inc. to help entrepreneurs innovate, create value and grow their businesses. She is also a member of a select group of Entrepreneurs in Residence at Centech, ETS's business gas pedal, recognized by UBI Global as one of the top 10 university incubators in the world.


Doryne received the "Quebec Businesswoman" Finalist Award from the Quebec Businesswomen's Network. She is currently completing the Inner MBA certification program, which focuses on unlocking human potential within all types of organizations and on mastering... retired for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
